Chat content
We do not train on your data. Prompts, replies, and other conversation content are never used to train lm9 models or third-party models.
We do not save your chats on our servers as a permanent archive. Content is handled to operate the service (for example, to generate a response in your session). We do not treat your conversations as a dataset to keep, resell, or mine after the fact.
When you delete a chat, it is gone forever. Deleted conversations are not retained in a recoverable form on lm9 systems.
Data we collect (outside chat content)
Account email, name, mailing address (for billing), usage metrics (token counts), and payment records from Stripe/PayPal.
Advertising measurement
Google Ads measurement is optional. We do not load the Google tag or send requests to Google unless you select Accept in the advertising measurement prompt.
After you accept, Google may use cookies, device identifiers, the pages you visit, and completed trial signup events to attribute activity to an advertising campaign. We do not include your account email, password, or chat content in the conversion event. This measurement does not display ads on the lm9 site.
Your browser stores whether you accepted or declined. Use the Privacy settings button on this site to change your choice. Declining or withdrawing consent prevents Google tracking from loading on later page views.
If you choose to complete the optional survey after canceling a subscription, your responses and account email are emailed to staff for product improvement. You can skip the survey.
Passwords
Credentials are stored using industry-standard hashing, not in plain text on our application servers.
Retention
Usage and billing records are retained as required for operations and tax compliance. Chat content is not retained after you delete it.
